Priscilla M. Berry, M.D.

Priscilla M. Berry, M.D. obtained her medical degree and residency in Ophthalmology at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.  She was fellowship trained in pediatric ophthalmology at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas.  She is Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  She has been active in community service having provided volunteer services at Scottish Rite Hospital for Children for twenty-eight years.  Research is an important part of her work and she participates in the nationwide Pediatric Eye Disease Investigator Group research studies.  Her areas of special interest are diagnosis and treatment of Amblyopia (lazy eye, reduced vision in one eye)  and Strabismus (misaligned eyes).  She limits her practice to children and especially enjoys the pre-school age group. 

 
Dr. Berry holds the title of Clinical Associate Professor, Department of Ophthalmology, UT Southwestern Medical School of Dallas, Texas.  Dr. Berry is a member of several associations including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Texas Medical Association, American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus and Texas Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology.
